Conditorei Cafe Gerlach in Oberstdorf

Very fine cake and coffee. Friendly and quick staff. ?

We went to this great cafe on the recommendation of another vacationer. Not only the cake, the pralines and the baguette are delicious - the burger was really good too! We had breakfast here at the end of our vacation and we would do it again anytime!

We always like to come back to Gerlach! Great cakes and other tasty things. The service is great and always friendly! Keep it up...

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We had breakfast there twice, everything worked out fine every time. Friendly service, nice atmosphere.

In Café Gerlach you can rest on your good name and monopoly as a well-known confectionery ... If the customer is not satisfied with the goods or price / performance (old cake), the owner will actually teach you! As a guest, it leaves a bitter aftertaste ... In the future, I will avoid Café Gerlach. Too bad.

We have been to Gerlach's many times and have always been very satisfied! but unfortunately won't go there in the Corona time. We find it impossible that you have to sit at the table with a second household.

Very tasty apple strudel at good prices. Nice ambience and enough space now during Corona.

Hui, that's pricy

Even in Corona times - friendly, competent service. When it comes to cake, there are not only many “highs” but also a “low”. Today it was the eggnog cake (was a bit older)

Had something to eat here on 08/28/2020. Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars because the prices are a bit excessive, for a soup with 3 Maultaschen 12 € is a bit excessive. Otherwise a bit out of the way and great cake selection.

There are some cafés in Oberstdorf and yes, cake is also a matter of taste. Café Gerlach, however, is a clear recommendation. Cake selection, quality and taste are excellent. Definitely visit and try. Also out-of-home sales. Friendly service.

We have now been to Café Gerlach twice and are unfortunately a little disappointed. After looking at the display and cake counter, we had high expectations, which unfortunately were not fully met. The staff is friendly and the cake doesn't taste bad, but we've eaten better ones in other pastry shops.

Were here for breakfast! Hammer! It was delicious and very rich, no wishes were left open! The service was great on top of that! Thank you for a great start to the day! We'd love to come back! We recommend!

Staff very friendly (and pretty, especially the young blonde lady who wore the mask over her mouth and nose). I had a wonderful sundae and a latte macchiato here. Inside I saw the rich selection of cakes when I bought a few divine cookies. Clear recommendation ?

Here you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the sun. Everything was very tasty and nicely arranged. The service was very nice and really attentive.

Much better than the Café Franziskus! The cake is just as good or better, the staff is a lot nicer, everything is clean and attractive and that at lower prices! The coffee (if you would like to call Café Franziskus' homeopathic broth) can hardly be compared, here at Gerlach it simply tastes much better.

We sat very nicely in the sun and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. The service very friendly. The Älpeler breakfast was sufficient and delicious and decorative. The white bread was delicious with a great crust. The cappuccino was very good. Many thanks and gladly again!

My favourite café in Oberstforf

We order todo different type of cakes and both were fresh, with the perfect amount of sweetness, different textures, fully recommended. But I don't give 5 stars because the place was packed and they simply did not have enough workers on the floor to cover properly al tables and customer. That can be improved.

Great pastry shop, very nice service. The cafe was well visited, but we were served quickly. In the summer you can also sit outdoors. The quality of the pies is very good. But you can also at lunch time order small dishes. We will be back. Highly recommended.???

Beautiful place in oberstdorf

The Café Gerlach you can not only delicious cake or Kaiserschmarrn, but also excellent burgers! The conditions are always friendly and attentive and the cafe is very nice and modern. In good weather, the terrace is recommended, if you can get hold of a place. ;-)
